Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have had unprotected sex and it has been 24 hours + till now since then. My period was due on the 12th-13th of this month and I still have not had my menses. I had the intercourse on the 17th of this month. I also have PCOS owing to which I have missed my periods before as well. I am not sure what this entire situation suggests. I'd want to discuss this in detail and to know what are the chances of getting fertilised in circumstances like these and your recommendation on avoiding pregnancy.
