Period Miss first time

Asked for Female, 29 Years

If period is regular and first time period miss ho ra hai. My period date is 6th June and now it's missing. After testing on 13 th June negative outcome. What can I do. What is the best time of pregnancy?? Last month we are in relation with husband. Please help,hmesha period regular rahe hai. I m so worried..
