Period length got shorter
Lately since past few months I've observed that my periods length have been of 3 days. I have regular cycle of 44 days every month which I know is longer but that's how it always has been. I experience ovulation discharge with pms symptoms like breast tenderness, cramping every month before or during the menstruation. I have heavy to moderate bleeding with clots for the first day then on the second day it's moderate to light bleeding and the third and fourth day it's just spotting. Is it normal? I've done thyroid test a few months ago and I didn't have any problem. I also had a usg in 2023 which was also normal. Kindly guide me.

Clots in menstual bleeding are not normal on any day of mensis ..Some investigation like CBC Thyroid profile are needed.Go for pelvic USG also.
