Period late please help me i m worried

Hii doc i am very nervous please help me... me and my bf had sex 7 month ago and the day we had sex is one day before my periods date after one day on my period date i got my period ....nd on each month i got my period but in October like i was 4 days late so i took regestron nd after completing course of 5days i got my period in October too..and after i got my period regularly in each month ( there variation like 2-3 days) but now in January 18 i was 7 days late ....sir what to do .....we never had sex after july ....please help me doctor...please help me

Dnt worry.. u need councelling .. 7 days early or 7 days late from date is very normal. Dnt go on taking such hormone pills in 4days delay....pls...u need to do regular exercise and pranyam and healthy food...nthing else. And dnt be overconcious about dates.
