I suggest you get sonomammography done. If you are pregnant then sonography will certainly pick up pregnancy. It will also tell location of pregnancy.
By doing B HCG you will again have to get Sonography done if the B HCG report confirms pregnancy

You can go for beta HCG test for confirmation of pregnancy
