Been diagnosed with pcos in 2014. My periods got regular a few months back until I had heavy bleeding with clots which lasted a week this August. Sept was normal. But this month I had mild bleeding on 19th 20th and now there's heavy bleeding again since 29th. Is it breakthrough? Is my pcos getting better?
