Mostly pregnancy comes positive in the test after 14 days of implantation. That means after having intercourse. If you get pregnant pregnancy test willcome positive from day 14 to day 21 but it is very rare that even in spite of being pregnant you may get your periods so you should get serum beta Hcg levels. which is blood test for pregnancy and if that is negative you should get period medicine to induce periods. If you get your periods then you can be hundred percent reassured that you are not pregnant. Piece of advice that if you are unmarried and into an active sexual relationship, kindly start taking oral contraceptive pills to avoid this anxiety. They are hundred percent safe.
