I was diagonised with pcod in 2023 . My right ovary was 17cc and left 12.3 cc.So after that , i changed my lifestyle, changed my food habits , exercises weight loss and for more than 1.5 years now I am having regular 5 day period with average cycle days ranging from 30-31 days. My left ovary is now 10.2 cc and right 9.5 cc.
Suddenly after so many years , i had my period on 24th june and 23rd may but in this month that is july, mid cycle around 11th and 12th I had spotting and pinkish secretions . On 24th of july ,the day my period was supposed to happen , period started. Now usually on first day i have light bleeding so that happened but from second day no bleesing only pinkish secretions . On 3rd day a bout of blood and pinkish secrstion . Same on 4th and 5th.
Can anybody please suggest me what suddenly happened. I have never experienced such thing.
Also i am planning on taking meprate 10 mg for 10 days to reset my cycle.
Should i take meprate 5 mg or 10 mg . Kindly suggest
