Period is coming in less amount

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had unprotected sex on 24dec but on 24jan my period come but in not manner like before n on 24 of Feb same but my periods are not coming in same manner it comes in very less manner I had also checked pregnancy test n the result is negative what I should do
