You haven’t mentioned about the reason for taking Crina NCR . If you are taking this tablet to get your periods then it is unnecessary as during breast feeding it is normal not to get periods .

Continue iron and calcium supplements Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day as long as you are feeding your baby

Avoid lifting weights and stress and travel Drink plenty of water and fruits juice and avoid dehydration
