Asked for Female, 18 Years

I was expecting my period almost 2weeks ago and it never came. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests from different brands and all came back negative. I have to symptoms of pregnancy besides my pissed period. What could be causing my missed period?

You are not pregnant. It’s more likely to be a hormone disturbance. Still if you have doubts, do beta hCG. You can get tested for hormones as well. Do TSH, prolactin, ultrasound pelvis as well
