Period Heavy bleeding coming out lot of

I have sex with my BF and the condom bust so i toke mornin after within a week i went to period and it was kwick bt still normal wen it stops i started coming out lot of discharge after few days i started heving bleed so heavely coming out lot of clots its bein 3days nw every hour or 2 i hev to change a pad or if i jus tek long i will spoil myself im no comfotable always running to toilet everytym please i need help coz nw i feel dizzy n headache?
