Asked for Female, 25 Years

Since November my last period has been really light .. my blood flow is really light .. I won’t get any pms or cramps .. but my period will last a week . It’s been like for two cycles now i don’t know what’s wrong with me . How can I fix this ?

abnormal periods can be because of stess/change of place/hormonal change ...like thyroid or prolactin disorder/endometritis/ pvos. visit good gynecologist or directly online for further investigations to find out the cause n for management. Also better to indulge in safe sex. Use condom for protection against STD/PID. N get vaccimated against HPV for primary prevention of cancer cervix
