Period flow is heavier then usual

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and he came inside me so i had to take morning after pills. 2days after i took the pills i decided to take fragyl pills as i wanted to clean my womb so that i can start taking contraceptions. my periods are right on time just that the flow is heavier then before. did i just have a misscarriage?
