Hi i am an mbbs final year student , i had a dermoid cyst removal 4 yrs back by laproscopy my periods have been normal since when i was 13 yrs old , i experience some pain during 1st day which subsides by the 2nd day they have been regular as well , i usually bleed for 3 days since april during lockdown i bleed like for 1.5 to 2 days , the blood loss on first day is quite than from 2 nd day it becomes.scanty ? Is there anything to worry about

But regarding scanty flow.
U should do thyroid profile, and baseline CBC with blood indice.
And basic evaluation of uterus and ovaries by ultrasound.
Is there any abnormal discharge from vagina after period over?
