Period delayed by 4 days
Hi Doctor, I delivered my first baby on 13th October. I am not breastfeeding and got my period back on 14th December and then on 13th January. I was expecting the period around 12th or 13th of February this month but it has not come yet. My period before pregnancy has always been on time and the pregnancy had no complications either. I am not pregnant but under a lot of stress from baby's responsibilities and other concerns and didn't exercise at all last month. Now I'm worried even more that my regular period hasn't arrived yet. What could be the reason for the delay? Should I wait for a few more days or consult a gynaecologist? Can you please suggest some home remedies to kick start it? Thank you so much! :)

If you think there is contact and no contraception used then once do urine pregnancy test at home to rule out pregnancy Due to stress sometimes menses may delay Can consult to Gynaecologist now also instead of waiting
