My last period was on 4 dec.In month of Jan till 10 jan my period was not started.i hve done pregnancy test it was negative.wht is do now.

Causes of delayed periods cn be anything from early pregnancy , hormonal imbalance, thyroid disorders, ovarian cysts, pcos, endometriosis etc.
U need to do an ultrasound pelvis and a beta hcg blood test for the diagnosis.
After that further medications will be decided
