Last month i had a viral fever and i took dolo for one week .I have a 7mnth old baby and i am feeding her ,3rd month onwards after my delivery period was regular but last month it is not came and i had all the presymptoms but not yet period came.My stomache is paining and i also had a acidity feeling in my stomache whenever i am having food my stomache is paining and sometimes a vomitting tendency
