Hi doctor,
I have issue with my periods, its been regular every month, but only this month, there is still no periods and i am already 9 days up...i did started exercise from last month and it was on regular basis, i didn't do any exercise before but I started last month only after my periods were over last month and lost almost 2kgs, exercise was comparatively intense, maybe due to vigorous exercise, i guess periods are delayed but still I would like to know more on this and if any medication required. please suggest.
