yes its happen in hostel girls due to improper nutrition and unhealthy habit, anemia,study tension .no need to take papaya it will not help because you need to take medication its too much late so papaya will not work. during staying in hostel take care of eating habits ,take fruits,salad in your diet which enhance the nutrients of food and maintain blood level in your body
