Hello doctor,
I don't have pcos/pcod confirmed from my early months scans. But my period always fluctuates between 23 days to 35 days . One time I will get my period on day 25 , sometimes 28, sometimes 30, sometimes 35.
What may be the reason for this?
I had thyroid but I'm taking pills and now I have (1.3)
FYI : I do yoga and diet as well ( not regularly but I will do )

With this kind of fluctuations (which are unpredictable) there is no indication for regularising these periods.
If you plan a pregnancy you should consult with a Gynaecologist at that time.
