Period cramps
My teenage daughter 17 years old suffers from period cramps every month on the 1st day of her menstrual cycle which affects her day activities. Her friends have suggested her to take Brufen tablet. But I am unsure of how safe is it to give without any doctor advice. Please suggest any remedy for it.
