Is it safe to take painkillers like cyclopalm every month for period cramps? Can this lead to any problems in the long term ??

Hello Painful menstruation needs to be investigated For severe pain,painkillers can be taken But longterm use of painkillers is not recommended

Do ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness to know the cause of painful periods.
