Period cramps
I experienced severe cramps on my right leg a day before my periods n on the day of periods I'm experiencing much severe cramps on my left leg. I have absolutely never felt such a pain. It feels more like nerves pulling than just muscle pain. Kindly help

Hi dear, for pain relief you can take following medicines
1)Tab Emanzen D twice a day after food for 5 days
2)Tab Pan 40 once a day before food for 5 days
