I am a 33 yr old woman who has had a c-section and tubal ligation in 2006. I started my period on the 14th of March and it lasted about 6 days. About a week later I was dizzy for 3 days and I started spotting brown for a couple days and it stopped then on the 6th of this month it started to spot brown again until last night when it was red. This morning it was dark red and this afternoon there was a huge broken up blood clot that came out. I don't know if this should worry me or not or if I need to seek medical help.
