Period am I protected.
I had an abortion (I had to have an operation) on May 04th after the abortion I had the depo injection (contraception injection) it lasts 3 months and was meant to have my next injection on 4th August but didn’t as the injection didn’t work with my body it’s now 12th October and I’ve still not had a period I’ve only bleed 1/2 days but it wasn’t proper blood it was brownish blood. Am I still protected from getting pregnant? I also gave birth on 11th Jan 2017.

The bleeding is reduced when you take three month injection. So your bleeding may be reduced. But since now we don't know if you got periods or no. And when you ovulated. Only possible way is to meet gynceologist to get checked for pregnancy and then take some other pills to get periods and also as contraceptive
