I have acute pain, burning sensation and swelling in perineum area.. Pain is postional while sitting only.. Initially I assumed its some kind of nerve damage due to excessive bike riding I have stopped riding bike but symptoms still continue.. I can feel nerve stretched out while walking.. Any specialist
