  4. Perineum discomfort/sting. Toilet paper?

Perineum discomfort/sting
I have a subtle discomfort on my perineum I am a male and it doesn't bother me much at all unless I pay attention to it. Also if I touch the area it stings almost like a paper cut would. Not sure what it could be, I am currently using a rougher toilet paper than usual. Is it possible I caused the discomfort from the rough toilet paper?
