Medication gives u only a temporary relief...but the real problem will always persist.. so based on ur condition...the possible permanent treatment options to treat are..
1. Operculectomy: where in the covering flap around ur wisdom tooth can be removed..
2. Extraction of wisdom tooth.
U can continue using rexidine mouthwash...in addition to it, u can also do warm salt water gargle 3-4 times a day...
Next Steps
intraoral xray/OPG ...(if ur undergoing extraction)

I would advise you to visit an oral surgeon and get an intraoral x-ray for the same if the wisdom tooth is impacted , this problem can recur in episodes unless you go for some intervention depending on whether it is just inflammation of the pericoronal flap and requires just removal of pericoronal tissue called as operculectomy or extraction of the wisdom tooth , your concern should be more to save the adjacent tooth ,which may get carious ,due to food accumulation and improper cleaning which is a general problem in angulated wisdom tooth impaction .
Next Steps
intraoral x-ray or opg , sought advice regarding operculectomy or extraction of wisdom tooth
Health Tips
get the x-ray as fast as possible so that the adjacent good tooth doesn't get affected .
