Due to loss of two pergerncy now I am 16 weeks pregnant due to shorten of cervix I undergo cervical sitching on 12 weeks my doc said to be under bed rest only to sit for restroom ,shower,and eat.
My question is can I sit in bed with pillow in my back for a while or not .

Yes definitely after a cervical encerclage you can sit in bed and also move about in home.
Its advisable to avoid activities that increase intraabdominal pressure like exertion , jump , constipation.. cough etc
