Performance during sex
I am 32 years male masturbating from my childhood and i have enjoyed doing it. From past few years my situation was bad that even jerking off for less than a minute i am ejaculating. I got married and i am on duralast 30 mg but with out this i am unable to do sex after penetration it's getting ejaculated. And during sex also i am feeling not having enough stamina to have sex. I feel my testicles got shrunk and loosing sex drive. Even i have been loosing semen i my sleep. Previously i was pron addicted and have been masturbating for around 5 times a week. Recently i decreased using pron but my situation has not been rectified. I am having still 20-30 years of sex life and i dont want it to be controlled by medicine which i have been following now. I tried for ayurvedic treatment used Nforce and other stuff it didn't helped me. If hormone treatment would treat my situation of lack of stamina, ejaculation issues and shrunken testicles?

✓ Evaluation is the first step. ✓Before moving directly to any treatment follow the advice as given below. ✓ Consult online on practo for the detailed Evaluation and Formal assessment. ✓You are indeed developing signs of ED - erectile dysfunction and PME- premature ejaculation. You also suffer from exaggerated masturbation guilt. Around 90% males start masturbation before the age of 14. Rest 8-9 % start after age 14. Virtually every man masturbates. It is a normal male sexual behavior. But excess of everything is bad, there is no problem if masturbation is done in moderation. ✓We may need reports of following tests to rule out Physical causes of Erectile dysfunction & Pre-mature ejaculation. 1. CBC 2. T3, T4, TSH 3. HbA1c 4. Serum Testosterone 5. Serum Prolactin ✓To rule out Psychological causes, Answer Following Questions 1. How is your mood? 2. How are your energy levels? 3. How is your appetite? 4. Do you have any sleep disturbances or do you oversleep? 5. Any past history of anxiety or Depression? 6. Any family members suffering from anxiety or Depression? 7. Describe in detail any use of cigarettes, tobacco, Alcohol, cannabis or any other substances of abuse. ✓Please respond to above questions and send me reports to enable me to make a complete assessment of your condition and advise treatment accordingly. Depression can cause ED, PME and Masturbation Guilt/Compulsive Masturbation. ✓All that you may require is a proper consultation and treatment about your sexual problems.
