I had an unprotected sex a month back and doctor advised me pep with tenvir em. After completing the medication for 30 days, I got myself tested for hiv 1 rna pcr on 31st day and the result is "not detected". Does this mean I am negative now and don't have to worry? Also can I plan a baby now if I am negative?
