Penis Tear
I have had a tear around the urethra of my on the outside of my penis. Right along the edges of the urethra which gives a fish lip to the opening. It's only on the bottom and lower right side. It worries me because I had smaller tear in the same area and now it just seems to slowly be tearing more. What can be done?
