Penis swellling
Hello, im a 27 year old guy and 4 months ago i got a sudden soft lump in the midway of my penile shaft, but the swelling went down after a few days but since then i still have this soft ring swelling and thickness(LARGER when normal and its more visible on the left side) when i am limp and its visible but it not much, it feels like there is a pressure where the base is and also feels like there is some fluid that wont go out.
