Whenever I masturbate ,my penis skin's health becomes bad after masturbation ,it will have a white layer on its head even after washing it,sometimes it will become so red and sometimes the glans would look of dark maroon colour along with something on them ,sometimes I will note a little cut on my penis head or corns sometimes I would see a little red or white lumps on head and also foreskin becomes tight as head becomes sticky,so I used to apply mustard oil in it which makes condition well but again if I masturbate it happens again ??? What is this and please suggest me proper remedies
