Penis skin isnt retract
Dear sir,
When my penis get erected while masturbating or naturally, the penis skin does nit get retracted behind due to which the red portion remains hidden. I have tried to pull it back myself but still the skin does not move even a millimeter. When the penis is not erect, then the skin goes behind but a sensation takes place as soon as the red portion gets touched with skin of my body. Kindly provide some solution to this as I am about to get married soon as I think that this will not allow me to have sex with my wife.

Narrow foreskin opening (phimosis) can cause this. If it is severe, it can be treated by circumcision which is a minor operation.
Donot worry about sensations on your penis head. This is a sensitive part.
