I mastrubated too much and got a small bruise on my penis. There is no irritation or any blood. Can someone suggest an ointment?

If you don't have any irritation or blood coming out , just a bruise will heal on itself. But you should reconsider your masturbation practice , you should not be involved in such practice that will be harmful or injurious to your body . And if you are doing it frequently slow it down. Watch for masturbation addiction if it is.
