Penis size issue

Asked for Male, 35 Years

My penis size is 9.3cm when erect. I'm not able to penetrate my partner and I constantly lose erection due to this. I have even taken medicines for maintaining erection but because of the size, it is not helping. What are the non-surgical options to increase my penis size atleast to 11cm or 12cm?
