Penis shrinkage and its hanging skin

Hi I have been masturbating from last 10-12 years and during this period, I realised that my penis has shrunk and it has changed its curve. Also skin of penis hangs which I can feel. Also Sometimes it becomes very small. Due to all of this, my confidence has gone down and I am struggling iny life. Pls suggest some solution for this. Regards
