Penis problem.
My son is 14 about to turn 15 years old and he told me about how his penis has to strands of skin connecting the head of the penis to the foreskin. One of the strands is thick and bery tightly connected to the head and the other is thick and weak connecting ti the head. Can we cut them off? What do we do?! Please help.

That is called frenulum. No need to cut if skin is loose and freely movable. Meet a pediatric surgeon or general surgeon. If required they will do circumcision. Don't cut by yourself. The area is very sensitive and painful.
