I have Ulcer looklike formed under the forskin around penis head rim they are look like a skin tags and are painless and looks like if i touch it it will break off...i didnt have sex from last 1 year..but before this ulcers appeared i have done vigourous and prolonged masturbation.they are under forskin near the penis head rim..i m scared i think like its cancer..plz tell me what it is....plz help
