Penis not getting hard
I am 21 years old . Haven't had sex earlier. I was too scared to have it as haven't had it before. So I tried having sex for the first time with my girlfriend. She was on top of me. She tried everything. But I couldn't get an erection. But my penis was wet. It is very embarrassing. I'm losing hope as it has happened once before. I think there is a problem with me. Before this I used to masturbate 2-3 times a day during my teenage life. Have stopped it since the last 6 months. Can you please tell me what's the issue? I'm scared

Garlic, onions, spring onions and leeks all contain stuff that’s good for you. A study at the Child’s Health Institute in Cape Town found that eating raw garlic helped fight serious childhood infections. Heat destroys these properties, so eat yours raw, wash it down with fruit juice or, if you’re a sissy, have it in tablet form.

It looks like performance anxiety. If erections were good before in masturbation and not getting hard in sex...it's due to nervousness.  Please contact online for further clarifications.
