Asked for Male, 26 Years

I noticed that my penis is not erecting. I had done masturbation 5 days back for 4 consecutive days but when trying today I didnt get an erection. Just to brief about my condition I have mild hydrocele in both side. I am wearing a langot for that from past couple of month. Back when I did masturbation for 4 consecutive days a single time, on the fierst day with the semen it discharged a tiny clot of blood, and after the fourth day I had pain in my right testicle for about 2-3 days. Can you please guide me through why I am facing this issue or what is the solution for this.
