So a couple months ago my friends bought me a sex toy for my 18th birthday and I used it. It was odd but nothing too unusual. The second time I forgot to clean it and after use my penis became very noticeably itchy and it left two small areas on the inner area of my foreskin noticeably red and at times the itchiness goes away but it's been a couple of months now and the redness has not gone away and I haven't used the sex toy since.
