Penis is always closed
My non erect penis size is 2.5 inch and erect penis size is 6 inch. My penis is always closer even when it is fully erected. I have to open it manually. After opening when ever I touch the inner skin of penis I feel very different and uncomfortable. How can I make it always open . Is it normal
