Penis irritation

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I had anal sex 20 days ago. I have irritation in my penis. I also had done hiv test n urine test no bacterial infection no hiv. I consult doctor took medicine from 15 days but no effect what should i do now? Any remedial action which i can took at home ? How can i get rid of this irritation
