Penis Hair Deformity?

Im a 15 year old Boy and im worried about my penis because there is hair growing on the shaft and its not just on the base of the penis its getting quite close the to the top of my penis im just worried not sure if thats normal. they are full on black long hairs aswell. Its not a massive amount bout its like 5-7
