Penis foreskin joint cut
While intercourse my penis foreskin cuts on the lower inner joint of penis. On that time there is a lot of blooding which is now stops but cut is still open and curing. This has happened 3-4 days before. I am a diabetic also. Is anything serious or going to be serious. Do I need to consult any doctor ?
