Penis foreskin is tight

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hello doctor... When my penis size is Normal then I generally don't face any issues when moving foreskin backwards.. But when penis grows up to its large size then it becomes a bit painful for moving my foreskin backwards... Is this normal?? do i need to try lubrication for the same ?? Please suggest me something other than surgery..

Hi, If you can retract your foreskin normally, then you donot need circumcision You can try passively dilating foreskin opening, but avoid if you develop cracks or pain. If still you feel it is a problem, or if intercourse is painful consult your doctor.
