Penis foreskin
I'm 21 year old male and I have an uncircumcised penis.
On erection my foreskin rolls back easily but only till the head of my penis and not beyond that maybe because of the frenulum and sometimes I have to push it back from the penis head.
Is that normal?
Or am I having tight foreskin?
When it's not erect I can easily roll the foreskin all the way back and forth.
Also can I use hair removal cream on my penis shaft, genitals?
If yes, which creams would you suggest.

Circumcision will solve the problem. It is not advisable to use hair removal cream on the penis. Instead get them removed by epilation
